Registration

The deadline for registration is June 28, 2010.

The registration fee of $350. US Dollars will cover the program and abstract book, list of attendees, continental breakfasts, refreshment breaks, buffet lunch, an off-site dinner, and a CD copy of the presentations following the meeting.

On-site registration fee is $400 and no credit cards will be accepted. A limited number of student registrations are available at $250 US.
